5. Footwear

Last, but to clarify definitely not least, in the top 5 winter gear for outdoor workers is footwear. When your body is cold blood vessels in the extremities, such as the hands and feet, will constrict. This reduces your blood flow to these areas, as a result causing your feet to continue to be cold. I don’t know about you but in my experience, when my feet get cold my whole body is cold and it’s hard to warm back up; especially if you’re outside for an extended period of time. Personally, I think don’t be miserable with frozen feet! To help you avoid cold feet this winter we have two options to share with you here.

Bob-Tracker molded outsole is rugged, aggressive and durable for your maximum protection and stability. These boots meet ASTM F2413-11 M I/75 C/75 EH.

? NEOS STABILicers:

Second, is the NEOS STABILicers which use 32 replaceable studs per pair of boots, embedded in the sole to help maintain traction in the worst winter conditions and helps lower the risk of slips and falls on and off the job site. A cleat wrench is included with each pair so you can replace the studs as needed. Additionally, they’re comprised of 840-denier woven polyester and provides ice traction while insulated with extendible gaiter for more coverage. Lastly, the outsole features a 2.5-mil polyurethane internal bootie with waterproof membrane and 4 mm PU foam insulation, therefore keeping you both dry and warm.
